Heat oil in a pan and fry the ground beef until browned. Separately, cook the sausage and morcilla until well cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
In a pot, heat the red beans with a little broth or water. In another pot, keep the white rice hot. Both should be ready to serve.
Peel the ripe plantain, cut it into slices or strips and fry in hot oil until golden and crispy. Remove and place on paper towels.
Fry the eggs in hot oil. Heat or toast the arepa. Fry the white cheese until the edges are golden.
On a large plate, arrange the rice as a base. Add the beans, ground beef, sausage, morcilla, fried eggs, fried plantains, fried cheese, arepa, avocado and some fresh salad.
